For the longest time I was working six straight days a week and they finally cut me down to five days a week. The owner was the main reason it took such a long time for them to cut my hours and even getting him to do that was scary. Most of the girls at my works just call off before their shift to make sure they always get the days that they want off, but I feel like not letting them schedule someone in advance is unprofessional and kinda rude. I don't really want to go to work tonight and talk about it with any of them, so i'm hoping I can just tell them a few days before and have Riley cover my shifts they schedule me for. Ahhhh.

My Boss Scares Me
Tired of being "That Kid"
So I've recently realized i'm a bit of a hypocrite for having a pet peeve for those kids during the school that seem get the uncontrollable sniffles in class. As of this year, I have become "That Kid" it's quite unfortunate. I'm extremely tired of being the person who can't stop sniffling during class, especially when the entire class is dead silent because of a test or what have you. I feel like every other week I come down with a "That Kid" cold. Like, sick people in general gross me out, but i'm finally starting to understand the fact that sometimes you can't stay home from school or work.
I'm not really sure of what's going around right now, but it's really gross. On Friday I was supposed to go into work at Bdubz, but I called in right before my shift because I came down with something out of absolutely no where. My boss was pretty salty, but it's not like they would've wanted be greeting and seating their customers that night, like, let's be honest here. I had to go in Saturday and Sunday though, my hands are like desert dry because of how many times I've washed them in the past few days. Something about being at work and all around things that are being served to people made my already 'germ freak' behavior show itself even more than it already does. I'm going to the doctor today though, so hopefully I can stop being that kid for this week.
